(IV) Working experience

He has over 25 years experience including corporate finance, merger and acquisition, business advisory, financial management, tax, auditing and accounting etc. 

 
Experience in relation to listed companies
Dr. Tang was a Finance director of CEC International Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong Listed company, prior to he set up his professional practice in 2000.

He worked with Price Waterhouse (now known as Pricewaterhousecoopers) in Hong Kong and Sydney for a number of years where he specialised in provision of services to listed companies in Hong Kong.

Initial Public Offering ( "IPO" )Experience
Dr. Tang had involved in a number of IPOs in Hong Kong during his employment with CEC International Holdings Limited and Price Waterhouse.

Corporate finance  and Merger and acquisition activities
Dr. Tang also involved in various corporate finance, merger and acquisition activities. These included performing due diligence review on the acquired targets; provision of advices to the targets; and provision of services in connection with meeting the relevant Listing rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
 
China experience
Dr. Tang has over 10 years China experience. He involved in provision of professional services to various kinds of PRC companies (H-share company, B-share company and various foreign owned joint ventures) and investors of PRC companies.
